Privacy

The short version: the site has no accounts, sets no cookies and has no tracking pixels. The waitlist stores your email and one answer. Payments, once checkout opens, go through Dodo Payments. The kit runs on your machine and sends nothing to me.

This page lists every piece of personal data launchmaxxing.co collects, why, who else handles it, and how long it is kept. If something is not listed here, I don’t collect it.

Who is responsible

Launchmaxxing is run by Yash Bavadiya, an individual based in Jodhpur, India. I decide what happens to the data on this page. In GDPR terms I am the controller, and under India’s DPDP Act I am the data fiduciary. For anything about your data, email hello@launchmaxxing.co.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, the form sends two things to Kit (kit.com), the email service I use:

Kit also records the date you signed up and a rough location (city, state and country) that it works out from your connection. I use your email for one thing: to tell you when the kit is on sale. I use your answer to understand who the kit is for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and Kit may record whether you open an email or click a link in it.

Why I’m allowed to: you asked to join (consent). You can withdraw that at any time by unsubscribing or emailing me.

Purchases, once checkout opens

Checkout isn’t open yet. When it is, Dodo Payments will handle checkout, payment, tax and receipts. Dodo is the merchant of record, which means it is the seller and is responsible for your payment data under its own privacy policy. I never see your full card details. Dodo shares with me what I need to deliver the kit and support you:

Why I’m allowed to: I need this to give you what you paid for (contract), and to keep the records tax law requires (legal obligation).

Support email

If you email hello@launchmaxxing.co, I get your address, your message and anything you attach. I use it only to answer you, and to handle refunds or disputes.

Site analytics and hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or local storage for this and does not fingerprint visitors. I see totals only: page views, which pages, which sites sent visitors, and rough country and device type. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and block attacks. I don’t keep server logs.

What I don’t do

The kit itself

The kit runs on your machine, inside your own Claude Code. It has no telemetry and sends nothing to me. Some of its scripts call public services directly from your machine, such as GitHub (through your own gh login). Those calls go between you and those services. What Claude Code sends to Anthropic is covered by your agreement with Anthropic, not by this page.

Who else handles your data

I read waitlist and order data from India and may keep a copy on my own computer there. Kit and Cloudflare say they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EU and UK.

How long I keep it

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to tell you what I hold about you and send a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email hello@launchmaxxing.co from the address the data is about. I reply within 30 days, usually much sooner, and there is no charge.

In the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR also let you object, ask me to restrict use, and move your data, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 lets you access, correct and erase your data, name someone to act for you, and have your grievance answered; if I don’t resolve it, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The site and the waitlist are not for anyone under 13. If you think a child has joined, email me and I’ll delete the entry.

Security

There is very little to protect because there is very little data. The accounts that hold it (Kit, GitHub, Cloudflare and Google) use two-factor sign-in. If a breach ever affects your data, I’ll tell you, and the authorities the law requires me to tell.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes. If I start collecting something new, I’ll add it here before I start.
